Organic reach is pretty shit on Linkedin i don’t even know how that thing still exists

There are several ways to grow an audience organically on LinkedIn we will detail those in future blog posts/social media posts.

Here are 3 tips to grow organically on LinkedIn :

1. Optimize your LinkedIn profile : complete every single section on your profile and make sure to use a professional picture and a banner with that sells. If you have a website, a portfolio or any external resource which you can use to complete your profile/show what you can do, mention it on top of your LinkedIn profile (contact info section ) with a call to action.
2. Post regularly : at least 5 times per week, yes it sounds like a lot of work but if you want to actually build an audience it’s worthwhile. Keep in mind that quality posts in carrousels and video formats get the most views as long as they’re captivating and add value.
3. Share relevant content to your industry : show off your skills ! talk about your area of expertise, give tips, share meaningful ressources, articles, etc…don’t forget to use the appropriate hashtags and to engage with the commenters on your posts. You can also join LinkedIn Groups as it’s a great way to share your content with more people and build a wide and active network of professionals.
