How do you grow your LinkedIn organically?

So i came across multiple professionals talking about the great organic growth potential they’re seeing on LinkedIn and i can’t seem to figure how to grow my connections and be more relevent on there.

My main goal would be to build an audience, any comments and suggestions will be appreciated.
